Yes, every customer must have their own individual Kyshi account to create or accept offers on the Kyshi Marketplace.

The name on your Kyshi account must be your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
If you made a mistake when registering (e.g. your name is misspelt), please reach out to us via support@kyshi.co. We are always happy to help!

 

The date of birth on your Kyshi account must be your real date of birth as it appears on your government-issued ID.

The address on your Kyshi account must be your full residential address. To change your phone number or home address, log in to the Kyshi app and go to My Account details.
If you no longer have access to the phone number on your records, please reach out to us via support@kyshi.co. We are always happy to help!

 

Your country of residence on your Kyshi account must be the country you currently live in. You cannot change this unless you have permanently moved to a different country.

To change the email address connected to your Kyshi account, please reach out to us via support@kyshi.co. We are always happy to help!

If you cannot remember your account password:

1.    Go to Login on the Kyshi App

2.    Click on ‘Forgotten password?

3.    You will be redirected to a page for you to enter your email address

4.    Once you fill in your email address, you will receive an email containing a password reset link

5.    Click on the link and reset your password.

 

When you first use the Kyshi app on Android or iOS, you will be asked to set up a PIN to secure your account. If you have forgotten the PIN:

1.    Open the app and click on “Profile”

2.    Go to “Login & Security”

3.    Click “Change Pin”

4.    You will be prompted to select a new PIN

 

We only permit one account per customer for now. However, depending on your residence, you can have multiple currency wallets accessible in one account.

 

Oh, the things we wish we could have now!
But, for now joint accounts or multiple account holders are not possible. Each customer must create their own individual account. We need to be able to check the identity of every individual who uses Kyshi.

 

We hope you change your mind though but to disable your Kyshi account, contact us on support@kyshi.co. And if it’s inevitable, we hope you come back and we can help reactivate your account too.

 

Kyshi is legally required to keep full records of our customers’ transaction histories. This means we cannot remove or delete transaction history entries.

 

Complaints

Kyshi has put in place effective and transparent procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints in line with extant regulatory complaint handling rules.


How do I make a Complaint?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. If you are experiencing an issue, please feel free to contact us via any of the following means and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately:

What happens after I make a complaint?

We will acknowledge your complaint via email and ensure that it is resolved as quickly as possible. You will receive a response from us which will contain the reason for our decision and ensure that you are treated fairly. We may request additional information where necessary, in order to fully resolve your complaint. We will investigate your complaint in a fair and transparent manner in line with our terms and conditions.


What happens if you are not satisfied with our response?

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may appeal and ask us to look further into the case for you. In this case, a senior manager will have to re-examine your complaint and we will communicate the outcome to you.

If you are still not happy with the final decision, you can forward your complaint to the Ombudsman or consumer protection agency depending on your location.

If you live in the UK and are not satisfied with our final response to your complaint, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). You may be asked for a reference number or for details of your correspondence with Kyshi, you can use admin@kyshi.co as our email address.

Here is how to change your display picture in the app:

  1. Log into the app 

  2. Click on your profile at the bottom right of your screen

  3. Select “Show Profile” and click on the image icon to change your display picture

Your Passcode on Kyshi is a 6-digit set of numbers that keeps your account more secure and allows you to access it more easily, compared to passwords.

Here’s how to create a passcode on Kyshi: 1. Login to the Kyshi App↗ with your current password, 2. Once logged in, you’d be directed to set your 6-digit Passcode 3. Confirm your 6-digit Passcode 4. Sign In with Passcode

If you can’t remember your current password, 1. Click “Forgot password” 2. You will be required to verify Email with OTP 3. Once verified, set your 6-digit passcode 4. Confirm Passcode 5. Sign In

Tip: Please note these when creating your passcode: 1. Enter your email in small caps to avoid errors 2. Ensure that you choose a secure combination of numbers as your passcode 3. Allow the Kyshi app to access your location to avoid being stuck at login

We have transaction limits on different account tiers. You may require higher limits due to a change in your circumstances or a need to do more with your account. As a regulatory-complaint business, we want to ensure that you are able to transact on our platform in line with regulatory requirements.

Please check the app, click on the Upgrade Now button to reveal different tiers and available limits. To request an upgrade, click the upgrade on each tier to reveal additional information on what we require for an upgrade.

If you were electronically verified and automatically signed up without the need to upload documents during onboarding, we will require more documents (proof of ID, selfie with ID, proof of address source of funds and source of wealth) from you for completing your upgrade.

If you already provided some documents during sign up, then we may request additional documents on your source of funds and source of wealth.

Example of source of funds is bank statement(s) from your funding account(s), while source of wealth is employment payslip, investments, rental income etc.

When you submit the required documents, we will review them and let you know if we require additional information / documents or ask you some questions, because we require the information to complete your account upgrade.

We may want to clarify something from you, confirm a missing information, know the purpose of some payments, or receive additional information on the source of funds. It could also be any other reason that would be helpful in completing the account upgrade.

We require you to complete your first swap or express transaction on the app in order to become eligible for an account upgrade. If you request for an upgrade when you haven’t completed your first swap or express transaction, we will be unable to review your account for an upgrade. We may contact you via email with a decision on the reason for our inability to upgrade your account.

The upgrade section has document upload tool for sending us your documents. However, if you are unable to upload all the documents via that section, you can use the document upload tool in our help section on the app to send the remaining documents. Additionally, you can send them to via email to our support team.

We will do our best to ensure that your account upgrade is completed as soon as possible in order not to cause you any inconvenience.

However, if you are unable to provide all the required or requested documents/information, it may delay the review process and take much longer. In such instance, we will continue to communicate and guide you towards providing the necessary information.

Absolutely! You can opt-out at any time and we will be happy to provide you with any necessary support that you may require.

However, if you have already exceeded your transactional limit and received an auto-response email on the required documents to send for your account upgrade, then you must provide the information to enable us facilitate your account upgrade and lift the auto-restriction on your account.
